  • We partner with reliable carriers such as ePacket, USPS, DHL, and others, depending on your destination.
  • The shipping method is automatically selected for the fastest and most cost-efficient delivery to your location.
  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Shipping Timeframes

  • United States & Europe: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.
  • Latin America, Asia, Oceania & Middle East: Typically 10–25 business days, depending on customs clearance.
  • Remote regions (islands or rural areas) may experience longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and shipping method selected.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When available, they will be clearly indicated at checkout.
  • Please note that any additional charges (customs, import duties, or local taxes) are not included in the shipping fee.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s system.
  • If you have not received tracking details within 5 days after purchase, please contact our support team.

6. Customs & Duties

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections in the destination country.
  • Duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your package.
  • We will open a case with the carrier if the tracking number shows no updates for more than 15 business days.
  • Refunds or replacements may be issued if the package is officially declared lost by the carrier.

9. Returns Related to Shipping

  • If a product arrives damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
  • Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by us.
  • Returns due to customer error (wrong size, color, or change of mind) will require the customer to cover return shipping fees.
